
4SX: Sexual Movements & Techniques
Explore connection, flow, and embodied awareness. There’s a part of movement and connection that’s rarely taught—yet deeply natural. This workshop invites you to explore how to move in harmony, develop fluid transitions, and build awareness in the body. Through guided exercises and playful exploration, you’ll learn how to move with greater flow and coordination, engage key muscle groups, including the core and hips, build confidence in physical connection and body awareness. No partner needed—come solo or connect with someone new in class. Think of it as partner movement with a fun, lighthearted twist. Led in a professional yet relaxed and humorous style, this class welcomes all participants.
