Every Friday, this class is an invitation to explore the foundations of Contact Improvisation and expand the ways we move through space.

Through movement research, theater elements, presence, and embodied exploration, we create a space to reconnect with ourselves and allow authentic expression to emerge naturally.

The practice supports fluidity, coordination, listening, creativity, and the development of your own movement language connecting body, emotion, imagination, and personal story into motion.
