Terms & Conditions

To ensure a seamless rhythmic journey and maintain the standards, please review our session policies:

Booking & Confirmation: Your private session is officially secured only upon successful payment via Megatix.

Instrument Provided: A professional-grade Djembe will be provided for your use during the session at no extra cost. However, if you prefer to bring your own drum, please feel free to do so.

Rescheduling Policy:

Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 24 hours before the session starts. Rescheduling is subject to the artist’s availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

48 hours or more before the session: 100% refund (excluding Megatix administrative/service fees). 24 to 48 hours before the session: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or No-Show: Non-refundable, as the slot has been specifically reserved for you.

Punctuality: To respect the rhythmic flow and subsequent appointments, sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of a late start. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to settle into the space.
