A weekly 5Rhythms Waves class led by certified facilitators Jada Jane Boh and Sophie Daubisse, held every Tuesday afternoon at Paradiso Ubud. Grounded in the Gabrielle Roth lineage, Moving Waves offers deepened physical expression through the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities — Wave, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. A structured practice format, not a DJ-led open floor: the facilitator guides the room through the full wave arc. Drop-in or 5-class pass.
