Music has the ability to quiet the mind, open the heart, and bring us into the present moment. This Sound Healing Journey is an invitation to simply pause and experience that through live music.

The session combines live piano, voice, meditation, silence, and intuitive sound. There is no script or fixed sequence - every journey is different and develops naturally in response to the group and the energy of the moment.

You don't need to do anything or have any previous experience. Most of the session is spent lying down or sitting comfortably while listening to the music. At times you may be guided into simple awareness or moments of silence, allowing the sounds to settle deeply.

The music includes original compositions as well as intuitive improvisation created in the moment. Rather than being a performance, it is a shared experience where music becomes a space for rest, reflection, and inner connection.

Many people leave feeling calmer, more present, emotionally lighter, and deeply relaxed. Whether you are new to sound healing or already have an established practice, you are warmly welcome.

Please wear comfortable clothing.

 

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Alina Gamerova is a singer, pianist, composer, and sound healing facilitator based in Bali. Through live music, Sound Healing Journeys, retreats, and conscious events, she creates immersive experiences that invite deep relaxation, presence, and inner connection. Her intuitive approach blends piano, voice, silence, and sound into spaces where music becomes a pathway to stillness, openness, and self-discovery.

For special class, workshop and night event, Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to join , there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:

If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to bookings@theyogabarn.com  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.

Ticket Transfer:

Tickets are not transferrable to another person. The booking is only valid for the person whose name is printed on this ticket.

Late Arrival:

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
