Join us for "The Ecstatic Dance Ceremony" with Manish, combining energy activation, a sacred cacao ceremony, and a transformative dance journey set to shamanic sounds, mantras, and Afro rhythms. This is a sacred space for music and dance, to connect to the inner world and provide the body freedom to express. We open with a cacao ceremony and an energy awakening movement practice. Followed by a deep soulful and expansive ecstatic dance delivered by Manish. Closing with a guided meditation journey and sound healing to integrate, ground and complete our ceremonial experience.
