
Return to Calm: Nervous System Regulation
Understand stress, anxiety, fatigue, and chronic illness through the lens of your nervous system. This is an intro workshop to learning about Somatic Experience principles and practices to support your body's natural capacity to regulate and heal. You'll leave with: • A clear understanding of how chronic stress and trauma live in the body, and not just the mind. • Simple somatic tools to ground, self-regulate, and return to calm in daily life. • Greater attunement to your body's needs, limits, and cues for rest or safety. • A felt sense of inner steadiness and confidence that healing can happen through gentle, body-led awareness.
