The Cocoon Method is a gentle nervous system regulation journey that weaves together soft movement, conscious breathing, grounding body awareness, subtle bodywork, energy work and deeply relaxing sound. We begin with simple movement to help the body arrive, followed by an embodied understanding of the nervous system and how we can guide ourselves back into balance. From there we enter a guided breathing practice supported by gentle touch, bodywork and energy work cues that help the body soften, release and regulate itself naturally. The session closes in a sound journey that allows the parasympathetic state to deepen and integrate. This is a soft, feminine and very accessible approach that you can take home into your daily life, offering simple tools to come back home into calm, clarity and inner balance in an everyday way.

 

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Nina Hinterschitt is the founder of The Cocoon Method, a trauma-informed healing approach that combines breathwork therapy, bodywork, energy healing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and nervous system regulation. With over 15 years of experience, her background includes somatic movement, yoga therapy, pelvic health care, and Reiki Mastery. Nina facilitates deep emotional and physical transformations, helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and emotions in a safe space. Based in Bali, she offers international trainings, retreats, and one-on-one healing sessions.

Children ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling that is over 18

Refund Policy:

If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to  or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are NOT able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time.  We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
